This MBSR 8 week course is the Gold Standard of Mindfulness courses, first devised by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 This course has been taught world wide and thousands of people have benefited from this intensive training in Mindfulness. Enabling them to feel less stressed, be more present to the unfolding of their lives and to enhance their health and vitality.
The course will run over 8 Wednesday evenings and will include a full Day of Mindfulness date to be confirmed
